Well, my favourite scene was when House couldn't talk to Wilson due to intubation, and he had to make crude gestures. That, combined with Wilson's dialogue (particularly the opening dialogue) was classic!

I also thought House brushing Wilson's hair was cute, but would have prefered if Wilson had been fussier, and maybe if House still stuffed it up despite his best efforts.

Bad grammar was annoying, but bearable.
