Summary: House isn't doing so well after Wilson leaves. He asks chase for a biopsy to make sure it's nothing sinister. And then he doesn't do anything to change the fact that he's getting sick from self-neglect. Chase and Foreman don't agree with him.

Notes: This story started out as 'House has lupus', but that storyline didn't pan out, so i used the start of that story for a different plot.
