(They make it look like I'm writing fast) Named February's Episode because it was written in February, and because this would be the Fourteenth Episode (if Unlucky Episode were the thirteenth) and Valentine's day happens to be the fourteenth day in February. And because if you kept counting, February would be the fourteenth month. And I bet you could find some other fourteens in there somewhere....
